Our licensed and board qualified providers, Dr. Matthew Jenkins and Dr. Benjamin Webb have completed extensive clinical and surgical training. No, we aren't affiliated with Logan Health Hospital. However, we do possess the necessary privileges to conduct surgeries and access patient information as required through Logan Health.

We accept most major insurance companies including the VA.

Remember to bring your insurance card and a valid ID when you visit. It's beneficial to also have a list of your medications, including dosages. If you'd like, you can print the necessary paperwork from our website beforehand, but it's not mandatory. Alternatively, you can complete it in our office upon your arrival.
